Uzav\u0159en\u00edm Smlouvy Ubytovan\u00fd potvrzuje, \u017ee se s t\u011bmito VOP sezn\u00e1mil a souhlas\u00ed s nimi.\n<h3>II. VYMEZEN\u00cd POJM\u016e<\/h3>\n<ul>\n \t<li><strong>Pokoj<\/strong> \u2013 ubytovac\u00ed jednotka v Objektu ur\u010den\u00e1 k ubytov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Spole\u010dn\u00e9 prostory<\/strong> \u2013 chodby, kuchyn\u011b, soci\u00e1ln\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, pr\u00e1delny, studovny apod.<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Smlouva o ubytov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong> \u2013 p\u00edsemn\u00e1 smlouva uzav\u0159en\u00e1 dle ob\u010dansk\u00e9ho z\u00e1kon\u00edku.<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Cena za ubytov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong> \u2013 m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed platba za ubytov\u00e1n\u00ed a slu\u017eby (energie, voda, internet).<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Jistota<\/strong> \u2013 jednor\u00e1zov\u00e1 vratn\u00e1 finan\u010dn\u00ed jistota.<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Invent\u00e1\u0159<\/strong> \u2013 ve\u0161ker\u00e9 vybaven\u00ed a za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed Pokoje a spole\u010dn\u00fdch prostor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>III. UZAV\u0158EN\u00cd SMLOUVY O UBYTOV\u00c1N\u00cd<\/h3>\n<strong>3.1 Rezervace<\/strong>\n<ul>\n \t<li>Z\u00e1jemce provede rezervaci vypln\u011bn\u00edm formul\u00e1\u0159e.<\/li>\n \t<li>Rezervace je z\u00e1vazn\u00e1 po uhrazen\u00ed rezerva\u010dn\u00edho poplatku nebo Jistoty.<\/li>\n \t<li>Ubytovatel si vyhrazuje pr\u00e1vo odm\u00edtnout rezervaci bez ud\u00e1n\u00ed d\u016fvodu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<strong>3.2 Smlouva o ubytov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong>\n<ul>\n \t<li>Uzav\u00edr\u00e1 se p\u00edsemn\u011b na dobu ur\u010ditou.<\/li>\n \t<li>Obsahuje identifikaci stran, popis Pokoje, cenu, dobu ubytov\u00e1n\u00ed a dal\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1le\u017eitosti.<\/li>\n \t<li>Nab\u00fdv\u00e1 \u00fa\u010dinnosti dnem podpisu ob\u011bma stranami.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<strong>3.3 P\u0159ed\u00e1n\u00ed Pokoje<\/strong>\n<ul>\n \t<li>Pokoj je p\u0159ed\u00e1n na z\u00e1klad\u011b p\u0159ed\u00e1vac\u00edho protokolu se z\u00e1pisem stavu a invent\u00e1\u0159e.<\/li>\n \t<li>Ubytovan\u00fd je povinen stav zkontrolovat a p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 z\u00e1vady ihned ozn\u00e1mit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>IV. CENA ZA UBYTOV\u00c1N\u00cd A PLATEBN\u00cd PODM\u00cdNKY<\/h3>\n<strong>4.1 Cena za ubytov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong>\nV\u00fd\u0161e m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed \u00faplaty je stanovena ve Smlouv\u011b. Slu\u017eby zahrnuj\u00ed: elektrickou energii, vodu, vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed, internet, \u00faklid spole\u010dn\u00fdch prostor, slu\u017eby recepce, odpady. Ceny jsou v\u010detn\u011b DPH.\n\n<strong>4.2 Jistota<\/strong>\nP\u0159ed nast\u011bhov\u00e1n\u00edm je Ubytovan\u00fd povinen uhradit Jistotu (obvykle ve v\u00fd\u0161i 1\u20132 m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00edch plateb). Slou\u017e\u00ed pro p\u0159\u00edpad poru\u0161en\u00ed povinnost\u00ed a je vratn\u00e1 do 30 dn\u016f od ukon\u010den\u00ed ubytov\u00e1n\u00ed po ode\u010dten\u00ed pohled\u00e1vek.\n\n<strong>4.3 Platebn\u00ed podm\u00ednky<\/strong>\nSplatnost je v\u017edy do 1. dne p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9ho kalend\u00e1\u0159n\u00edho m\u011bs\u00edce bankovn\u00edm p\u0159evodem. Opakovan\u00e9 prodlen\u00ed je d\u016fvodem k okam\u017eit\u00e9mu ukon\u010den\u00ed ubytov\u00e1n\u00ed.\n\n<strong>4.5 Sankce za prodlen\u00ed<\/strong>\n\u00darok z prodlen\u00ed \u010din\u00ed 0,05 % z dlu\u017en\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stky za ka\u017ed\u00fd den. P\u0159i prodlen\u00ed del\u0161\u00edm ne\u017e 15 dn\u00ed m\u00e1 Ubytovatel pr\u00e1vo odstoupit od smlouvy.\n<h3>V. PR\u00c1VA A POVINNOSTI UBYTOVAN\u00c9HO<\/h3>\n<strong>5.1 Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed povinnosti:<\/strong> U\u017e\u00edvat pokoj \u0159\u00e1dn\u011b, dodr\u017eovat domovn\u00ed \u0159\u00e1d, platit v\u010das, udr\u017eovat \u010distotu, hl\u00e1sit z\u00e1vady, umo\u017enit p\u0159\u00edstup pro kontrolu\/opravy, dodr\u017eovat no\u010dn\u00ed klid (22:00 \u2013 7:00).\n\n<strong>5.2 Z\u00e1kazy:<\/strong> Stavebn\u00ed \u00fapravy bez souhlasu, podn\u00e1jem t\u0159et\u00edm osob\u00e1m, kou\u0159en\u00ed (cel\u00fd objekt je neku\u0159\u00e1ck\u00fd), chov zv\u00ed\u0159at bez souhlasu, pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed siln\u00fdch spot\u0159ebi\u010d\u016f bez souhlasu, po\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed akc\u00ed bez povolen\u00ed.\n\n<strong>5.3 Pr\u00e1va:<\/strong> U\u017e\u00edvat pokoj a spole\u010dn\u00e9 prostory, po\u017eadovat \u00fadr\u017ebu, pr\u00e1vo na soukrom\u00ed.\n<h3>VI. PR\u00c1VA A POVINNOSTI UBYTOVATELE<\/h3>\n<strong>6.1 Povinnosti:<\/strong> P\u0159edat pokoj zp\u016fsobil\u00fd k u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed, zajistit funk\u010dnost prostor, prov\u00e1d\u011bt \u00fadr\u017ebu, zajistit dod\u00e1vky energi\u00ed.\n\n<strong>6.2 Pr\u00e1va:<\/strong> Kontrolovat dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed pravidel, vstoupit do pokoje (po upozorn\u011bn\u00ed), po\u017eadovat n\u00e1hradu \u0161kody, zm\u011bnit pokoj z provozn\u00edch d\u016fvod\u016f.\n<h3>VII. DOMOVN\u00cd \u0158\u00c1D<\/h3>\n<ul>\n \t<li><strong>No\u010dn\u00ed klid:<\/strong> 22:00 \u2013 7:00 hod.<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Kuchyn\u011b:<\/strong> Po pou\u017eit\u00ed uklidit, n\u00e1dob\u00ed a potraviny ozna\u010dit jm\u00e9nem.<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Bezpe\u010dnost:<\/strong> Z\u00e1kaz p\u0159ed\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed kl\u00ed\u010d\u016f\/\u010dip\u016f, z\u00e1kaz otev\u0159en\u00e9ho ohn\u011b.<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Odpad:<\/strong> Povinnost t\u0159\u00eddit dle pokyn\u016f.<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>N\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvy:<\/strong> Nutno ohl\u00e1sit, za chov\u00e1n\u00ed odpov\u00edd\u00e1 Ubytovan\u00fd, pobyt p\u0159es noc je zpoplatn\u011bn.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>VIII. \u00daDR\u017dBA A OPRAVY<\/h3>\nUbytovatel zaji\u0161\u0165uje b\u011b\u017enou \u00fadr\u017ebu objektu. Ubytovan\u00fd prov\u00e1d\u00ed drobn\u00e9 \u00fakony (v\u00fdm\u011bna \u017e\u00e1rovek). Z\u00e1vady se hl\u00e1s\u00ed neprodlen\u011b e-mailem nebo telefonicky. \u00damysln\u00e9 \u0161kody hrad\u00ed Ubytovan\u00fd (mo\u017enost ode\u010dtu z Jistoty).\n<h3>IX. UKON\u010cEN\u00cd UBYTOV\u00c1N\u00cd<\/h3>\nUbytov\u00e1n\u00ed kon\u010d\u00ed uplynut\u00edm doby. <strong>Mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u00e9 ukon\u010den\u00ed<\/strong> je mo\u017en\u00e9 p\u0159i neplacen\u00ed, hrub\u00e9m poru\u0161en\u00ed VOP, po\u0161kozov\u00e1n\u00ed majetku nebo poru\u0161en\u00ed z\u00e1kazu kou\u0159en\u00ed. P\u0159i p\u0159ed\u00e1n\u00ed mus\u00ed b\u00fdt pokoj uklizen a vyklizen, kl\u00ed\u010de vr\u00e1ceny.\n<h3>X. OCHRANA OSOBN\u00cdCH \u00daDAJ\u016e (GDPR)<\/h3>\nSpr\u00e1vcem je Luxury Home &#8211; Sigma s.r.o. \u00dadaje (jm\u00e9no, datum narozen\u00ed, OP, kontakt, bankovn\u00ed spojen\u00ed) jsou zpracov\u00e1v\u00e1ny pro \u00fa\u010dely pln\u011bn\u00ed smlouvy a z\u00e1konn\u00fdch povinnost\u00ed. Podrobnosti v dokumentu &#8222;Z\u00e1sady ochrany osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f&#8220;.\n<h3>XI. ODPOV\u011aDNOST ZA VADY A REKLAMACE<\/h3>\nUbytovatel odpov\u00edd\u00e1 za vady p\u0159i poskytnut\u00ed. Reklamace se pod\u00e1v\u00e1 p\u00edsemn\u011b, vy\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed do 30 dn\u016f. Opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00e1 reklamace zakl\u00e1d\u00e1 pr\u00e1vo na slevu nebo odstran\u011bn\u00ed vady.\n<h3>XII. Z\u00c1V\u011aRE\u010cN\u00c1 USTANOVEN\u00cd<\/h3>\nUbytovatel m\u016f\u017ee VOP zm\u011bnit (ozn\u00e1men\u00ed 30 dn\u00ed p\u0159edem). Spory se \u0159e\u0161\u00ed sm\u00edrn\u011b, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b u soud\u016f \u010cR nebo p\u0159es \u010cOI. Rozhodn\u00e9 pr\u00e1vo: \u010cesk\u00e1 republika.\n\n<hr \/>\n\n<h3>XIV.
